We bake our Kittsee organic wood-oven bread from Kittsee organic wheat directly in the historic wood-fired oven in our lovingly renovated ancestral home in our hometown. Thanks to its special production process, it is exceptionally delicious, long-lasting, and boasts a delightful crust with wonderful roasted and fire aromas.

Exclusively available on Saturdays at the Karmelitermarkt and the Feierabend bakeries in Landstraße, Burggasse, and Rotenturmstraße.

Rests well. Does good.

Thanks to the long dough resting period, our Feierabend sourdough breads are particularly digestible. They stay fresh for a long time, allowing their special flavor to fully develop.

In their production, we rely on the best regional ingredients and grains ground in our own stone mill. We also draw upon the baking knowledge and artisanal skill that has been passed down through generations in our family.

In addition to our selection of extraordinary and innovative breads, we delight our customers at the Feierabend bakeries with long-fermented pastries, delicious pastries, fresh snacks, and excellent coffee.
