Several wooden beehives are arranged in a row on a metal stand in a garden, surrounded by trees and greenery. The hives have different colored entrances and are placed on bare, leafy ground.

Hardworking as the little bees

The garden is buzzing and humming as the workday winds down.

Lately, our after-work garden has been buzzing and humming with activity again! Each of our beehives is home to about 60,000 bees, including the queen, and they produce between 15 kg and 40 kg of honey per season.

Den Honig verwenden wir in den Restaurants zum Kochen, werden ihn aber auch in Gläsern abgefüllt in den Feierabend Filialen anbieten, damit Sie den feinen Honig unserer Bienen auch zuhause genießen können.

The honey harvest takes place whenever the bees seal the cell caps of the honeycomb—this is expected to happen in about a month (spring harvest) and at the end of July for the summer harvest.
